Shipping policy

Version dated 22 September 2026. This is a translation provided for your convenience; the French version prevails.

Every piece leaves from our boutique in Le Marais, Paris. It is protected and packed by hand, then sent by tracked, insured delivery, anywhere in the world.

Rates

  • France: free delivery, against signature.
  • European Union: free delivery.
  • United Kingdom: €30.
  • United States and Canada: €45, free on orders of €1,500 or more.
  • Rest of the world: €60.

The exact amount, in your currency, is shown before you confirm your order. International parcels travel with DHL Express.

Tracking and delivery time

As soon as your piece leaves the boutique, you receive the tracking number by e-mail. Delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the order; should that not be met, you could cancel the order and be refunded in full.

Please give an address where someone can receive the parcel: a valuable piece is not left in a letterbox.

Customs duties and import taxes

Within the European Union there are no customs formalities and no additional taxes.

For any other destination — including the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom — the country of delivery may charge customs duties and import taxes. They are payable by the buyer and are never included in our prices or in the delivery charge.

  • Where their amount is shown at checkout, you pay them with your order: nothing will be requested on delivery.
  • Otherwise, they are collected from you by the carrier before the parcel is handed over.

These sums are passed on to your country’s customs authorities. The house cannot refund them, including if you return the piece.

Pieces in exotic skins

Exporting pieces in python, lizard, crocodile or alligator outside the European Union requires permits (CITES convention). If your order is concerned, we write to you before anything is shipped. If the shipment cannot go ahead, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

On receipt

Check the parcel in the courier’s presence. If it is damaged or has been opened, note your reservations and write to us promptly, with photographs: the shipment is insured.
