Because we only sell what we are certain of. Hermès is the most counterfeited name in leather goods, and the good fakes are very good. Every piece we take passes through our experts, and for exceptional pieces we call on an independent specialist before it is listed. If there is any doubt, we do not buy it.
What we look for
Saddle stitching done by hand, with the irregularity that a machine cannot reproduce. The blind stamp, the hardware, the leather grain. Kelly and Birkin when we find them, but also the pieces collectors quietly prefer: the Constance, the Evelyne, the Bolide, and the silk carrés from the archives.
Ask us to be told when a piece arrives — the best ones never make it to the site.
