These terms govern simply browsing comptoirvintage.com. Purchases are governed by our terms of sale.

1. The site

The site is published by COMPTOIR VINTAGE, an EURL with share capital of €30,000, 104 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris, France (see the legal notice). Access is free and open to all. We do our best to keep it available at all times but cannot guarantee it: it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

2. Listings and photographs

Each piece shown is one of a kind, photographed by us. We describe its condition with care; even so, an error may slip into a listing, and colours vary from one screen to another. If a detail matters to you, ask us for further photographs before ordering.

A piece may be sold in the boutique at any moment: its presence on the site is not a reservation.

3. Your account

You may create a customer account to follow your orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

4. Reviews and messages

Reviews submitted on the site are read before they are published. We publish genuine reviews, including critical ones, and set aside those that are abusive, off-topic, promotional, or that infringe someone else’s rights. The author of a review may ask for it to be removed at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs and graphic elements of the site belong to Comptoir Vintage. You may view them and share them by link; any other reproduction requires our written consent. The brands mentioned belong to their owners; Comptoir Vintage is independent of those brands.

6. Links

The site may link to third-party sites (social networks, carriers, the mediator). We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it.

7. Use of the site

You agree not to disrupt the operation of the site, not to attempt to access it fraudulently, and not to extract its content in bulk for commercial purposes without our consent.

8. Liability

We cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the site being unavailable, from a virus, or from use of the site contrary to these terms. Nothing here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
